Please keep away from this auctioneer, I bought a sword from them last month, the inside surface of the scabbard is badly rusted, which did not mention in the description at all, I would not bid the price if I knew that. After I contacted them, I received extremely arrogant and rude, saying "We wont be able to help with this matter. No condition report was request, no condition report images were requested, no viewing in person was attempted and no other efforts were made to try and determine the condition of the item." Which means they have no duty to ensure the condition of the item, it is the clients' risk if the item is defected and not described, they just take the money and don't care about the quality of the items. In addition, they charged double shipping fee than usual. This is the worst attitude I've ever seen, the worst experience through my 6 years' saleroom bidding history. Extremely dishonest, rude, arrogant and lack of responsibility.
