RSK Tech Ltd in Dundee

Last year I made the mistake of paying for a 2 year subscription to RSK Tech for their T-shirt design tool on my website. I have to be honest and say I have never in my entire life felt that a company was more rude and unhelpful then them. I was "assigned" a manager that was supposed to help me through any problems I had with the software and this guy literally will not respond to me.

I have written countless emails and made many phone calls and I have heard nothing back. They were very helpful when I was thinking about using them, before I paid, and once I paid they disappeared and haven't given me any help. I have no idea what to do because I am stuck with them for another year and if I have any problems I have to figure it out myself or hire someone else to fix it. I would not recommend RSK Tech to anyone. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking and they are just plain rude.

I have never dealt with a company this horrible before. Do yourself a favor, run.
