McIlwaine Trailers in Hillsborough

This company is a joke. There license too stamp trailers is out of date and there work is a shambles. Paid a deposit for a trailer. Trailer was suppose to be build in 3 weeks took 4 month with a lot of phone calls getting a lot of excuses time after time. The customer service is awful. When trailer was built was suppose to be new but was all second hand steel and second hand axels the trailer door fell off down the road and the breaks and lights did not work and also it was the wrong size. Had too wait 3 months before i got my money back had to do a lot of phone calls and running up too the yard. Please don't be like a fool like me and listen to the sales garbish they tell you, just stay away and pay extra for the right trailer.

I strongly advise you not to buy from this firm. They made us wait and twice when we went to collect it was still not right. When we got it the front axle wheels did not touch the ground. Did not even get out of the yard. After a lot of talk they refunded the money.
