Ceramica etc in Bangor

Be warned, I've just had the worst customer experience of my life.

Ordered tiles over 2 months ago and was told to expect delivery in 2-3 weeks. Things then started to go wrong. At first they were apologetic about the delay, putting it down to their supplier. After a month of waiting we were told they would be delivered the following week. This repeated itself over the next month, the promise the tiles would be with us the next week, but then nothing but another promise for the following week. At no stage was there an apology, only the feeling it was my fault for ordering the tiles in the first place.

Having waited 2 months I finally went into the shop to find out what was going on. Still no apology, was called a liar and that it was my fault for misunderstanding. A heated exchange resulted in the manager calling me a f***** p**ck numerous times!!! I have honestly never experienced anything like it in my life. Now happy to be looking elsewhere.
