Arrow Electrical Distributors Ltd in Langley Park, Durham

Went to pick up some g4 bulbs and ask advise, but when the guy behind the counter came back with the bulbs he said to me "I need to sit down because I don't feel well and to tell you the truth I just cannot be arsed with this sale because it's only for a couple of quid".

He then left the counter area and disappeared into the back office area closing the door behind him, leaving me stunned at his attitude. Whether a sale is small or large it's still a sale. I have purchased equipment from these previously but that will no doubt be my last visit.

Very poor, this guy needs a lesson in customer services relations! Avoid the poor service of this distributor.

I can't believe that this place stays in business, they seem to have two main guys behind the counter - just hope you don't get the obnoxious rude guy who likes to puff his chest up as if he wants a fight. I have been there quite a few times but never again.

Used this company for years. Today the owner said I wasn't getting served anymore. When I asked why he gave me the reason that I don't buy enough materials there.
Avoid this establishment at all costs!
