Kencomp Internet Ltd in Kendal

Terrible service, terrible internet and terrible price.
This internet provider is useless, we pay over £50 a month for the broadband and half the time it doesn't even work. And when you need to call them out to correct an issue that is solely down to then, you get charged an outrageous amount for them to come out, when you might not of even asked for them to come out.
The only reason we stay with them is because no other internet providers are available in our area as the speeds would be even worse.
This company is only out for the profit as long as it can, until it looses all of its business to other internet providers when they can offer fibre optics in our area.
The customer service is appaling and they always seem to pass the blame else where when it is clearly them to blame. Also they only open from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4:00pm Saturday and Sunday which is no use and when you try to call them they are always unavailable, so you can never get support on issues that could be solved with a simple conversation.

So in conclusion I must say, stay away from this company as you will regret ever giving them you're money!
