UPS in Castle Donington, Derby

Customer service very poor, they don't know what they are handling or understand what they are clearing through customs and you have to chase them to get your own parcel cleared, they don't contact you.

I have used UPS several times now and found their services to be impeccable. Way better than some other couriers I have used. Plus, the delivery personnel is friendly and available, not rude. I will go to UPS whenever I need to send a package.

Lost one parcel, sitting on another for 5 days, UPS main number in the Phillipines or some other part of the world don't know what is going on. And to top it all the most expensive couriers IN THE WORLD.

Tracking system is a complete waste of time and customer services is in the Phillipines. 3 days late and still no idea where my parcel is!!

Very frustrating service, if you are lucky you may get through to customer service through there automated system. Their customer service is a call centre and don’t know or can’t tell you any more then the information already on their tracking service. What’s the point of having customer service? We will definitely not recommend UPS to anybody.
