Prior to collecting a car I bought from these guys I was told the cam belt and water pump would be replaced. Only 8thousand miles later the water pump had failed. Took the car to my local trusted garage and they told me it was the worst workmanship they had ever seen. The water pump hadn't even been changed and was left in such a way that it wasn't secure and could have come off and wrecked the entire engine on a car I paid 5 grand for. The dealer was totally disinterested when I raised the issue and has offered no solution. Customer service skills are terrible, if you have to buy from these cowboys, make sure they give you written proof of work carried out so they are responsible for it.
