William Dicken in Derby

When my gas boiler suddenly failed to fire-up, I made contact with William Dicken (whose details were in the local monthly trade directory). He came the next day at the appointed time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted a new thermostat the following day at reasonable cost.
I would have no hesitation in recommending William to my friends and family and would certainly use him again in the future.
