Purchased via amazon market place a 'step counter' from this store in January, It broke mid April. Sent e-mail to sales dept. On 24th April, Ignored, Followed Up 3rd May again Ignored, Sent a further message via Amazon 20/21st May which should have been responded to within 48hrs once again IGNORED. If this is how they treat customers over a £20 item why on earth would anyone consider buying anything of value from them??
