Aquaguard midlands are a local company and we have a reputation for excellent customer service and the highest standards of workmanship using the latest and up to date materials.
The initial work completed by this company was of a good standard and I had no complaints. At the time, I was provided with a written warranty, guaranteeing the work to my flat roof for 20 years.
The work was completed in 2007 and in 2012 I noticed that the boarding underneath the membrane required repair as it had lifted up.
Alistair came to view the fault and assured me both verbally, and subsequently in an email and by text message that the problem would be rectified. This was promised almost 12 months ago and I am still waiting for the work to be carried out. He does not respond to phone calls, messages or recorded delivery letters. I would not recommend this company due to the poor after sales service. The 20 year warranty offered appears in my experience to be simply a method of securing business, with no genuine intention of honoring it.
