Perry Uniform in London

Having ordered uniform for my son's new school at the very start of the summer holiday Perry uniform were unable to deliver some important parts before term started despite having given assurances that it would arrive on time. OK so we all have problems. What is totally unacceptable is the dreadful customer service as we tried to chase up the missing items during the following term. Being told that the warehouse probably haven't checked the back orders days after being assured the missing items were in stock shows how poorly organised or dismissive of the needs of the customer this company is.
I would suggest not using them but you probably have to if your school is contracted so instead i suggest petitioning your school to change suppliers - we did and now look forward to better service from the new supplier.
