Very disappointed, did not carry out patch test properly, did not listen, left with highlights 70% when booked for demi dark natural blonde, when I returned early next morning on way to Dr's appointment for my burning scalp ears, to ask for a print out of ingredients / chemicals I was not given them, and asked if I had changed my face cream?!
Charged £120! Expecting to pay around £55.
