Riley's Electrical in Bolsover, Chesterfield

On 15th November 2014 I bought a Panasonic Vacuum cleaner from Rileys, a month later the foot pedal holding the handle in the upright position stopped working so I took it back. They said there was nothing wrong with it, and sent me away. I now have a brand new cleaner that I have to lean against something or it falls over. Never received such bad Customer service. Wont be going there again and certainly don't recommend them.
