Harmony Profiles Ltd in Exeter

Zero customer service. First 2 calls not returned then when visit to assess a shattered pane in one of their windows eventually arranged the person did not turn up & made no attempt to contact me to explain why or arrange a new time. Not often that one experiences such poor service fortunately. Went to another company & would not use Harmony again.
