The main tool used in Kinesiology which is muscle monitoring, this is a way of finding out what stresses there are and then the best way to address them. In a way its like talking directly to the body.
I also support people who have been diagnosed with cancer and who are receiving treatment. Finding ways to support their bodies, the emotional challenges they face and help the body release medication no longer needed.
I run one to one sessions in clinic, surrogate sessions, where the person is too ill or too young to use Kinesiology, telephone and Skype sessions.
I am also trained in Reiki, I served on the Kinesiology Federation Board and I'm advanced Kinesiologist with the Kinesiology Federation.
