RWS Waste Disposal in Plymouth

Recently, we contacted RWS to have a small [but annoying] collection of rubbish removed from our garden that had been left behind by a lazy contractor. When I made the call it went to voicemail, but I promptly received a call back. The gentleman over the phone was polite and courteous and we scheduled for him to come by give us a quote for the rubbish removal. I requested that he gave us a "heads up" call when he was coming our way, and days later when our scheduled quote was, he did just that. He came over, took a look at what we had, and gave us a fair price. Now, as a researcher before committing to anything really, I contacted another waste removal company who made an appointment with us for the afternoon of the same day the gentleman from RWS Waste came over. The second company [whom shall not be named], called late in the afternoon and said they couldn't make it. I had already been put out enough by the rubbish in the garden blocking me from tending to the garden, and I wanted it gone. So, instead of waste more time, and the fact that I felt confident with RWS' quote, we went with them. We made an appointment for a few days later. The morning of the pick up, RWS had three gentlemen show up to remove the rubbish. We had old plastic guttering, rubbish bags from a gutter installation, large slabs of slate, roof tiles, broken pots that the shoddy contractor damaged [amongst other things], an old hoover, and the odd unwanted rubbish. Not only did RWS act and move quickly, they were super courteous and efficient. They even swept the garden for us to make sure it was all removed! The whole removal process was over in approximately 10 minutes. I am SO super happy with RWS. If we ever need more rubbish taken away, we will not hesitate to call, and there will definitely be no need to search around for a fairer quote. I can't recommend this company enough!
