Cycle Mania at Lawsons in Christchurch

Overpriced and very rude. The guy has no idea what correct customer service is. I was not advised of all the extras added on to my service (which is already overpriced). When I arrived to collect my bike the price had jumped up nearly £15. I only had the cash for what they'd originally told me so I couldn't take it. After several phone calls telling me to get it or they will put it in storage and charge me for the pleasure (I was in hospital) I managed to collect it and have honestly never been so disgusted with the way someone handled a customer in my life. Voicemails left telling me to stop making excuses (being in hospital is an 'excuse' not to pick up a bike in this 'mans' eyes). You'd get better service at halfords.
