Bensons of Penn Hill Ltd in Poole

Truly attrocious service. My girlfriend took her car here to under-go an investigation into a fault. Bensons promptly tried to charge her for a new part they didn't fit, then bullied her into paying for work that was not undertook (if they had changed the part it would've fixed the issue!). From our experience no expertise, no customer service and no morals. Don't see many companies like this out there and thought others should know.
