Cleansing Service Group Ltd in Bournemouth

I just noticed after the septic tank man left, one of the wooden posts at front of our driveway is now split. He never mentioned it to me, but I'm sure as he backed away, he heard the crack. I just paid a bill of £149. 00 to the company. I want compensation as this never happened before, and the wooden post now looks horrible. This is unacceptable.
