Disorganisation from the day you arrive. The classrooms are really old, claims it has WIFI but it never works, if you want to be taught from 200 years ago this is where you should go. Marketing tells you the books are free but then you have to pay for them when you arrive. Nearly all Arabic students so not good school for Arabs to go too.
It's 15 minutes walking to town center. Old classrooms, old buildings, WIFI never works, unhelpful staff, teachers changing every week, all Arab students. Always feels disorganised and rushed.
Details: 4 weeks, 20 hours/week, homestay, July 2014
They try to put as many students as they can into one classroom. The teachers were changed every week and one time they changed them two times a week. I was put in a class that was below my first day test level. When I asked why, I was told that there was no room in the higher level class (my level) so I spent three weeks studying in a class that was too easy for me. The teachers could never get the WIFI to work for classroom teaching smart technology.
My host family was nice. They need to put students in the classes for their levels, not put them in a lower class to their entry test because there is "no room". This is waste of my parents' money and wasting of my time. Managers and owners always said they were too busy or sent me to see someone else.
