Mike Glendenning Ltd in Wimborne

This company was sent to me through my home emergency insurance. I had been without heating for 24hrs before they turned up, when he did arrive he was not sympathetic at all. He told me the part would take 2-3 days. Both he and his receptionist said that they would phone when the part was in and to confirm a convenient time to repair the boiler. That was the Monday. I explained I would be out Tuesday morning. When I got home at 12 a card had been left at 11.45. No phone call to say he was coming or anything. Anyway, phoned the office and the receptionist said he cannot come back today so it would be either tomorrow or Friday! When I explained that this was an emergency I had no heating now for 48 hrs, again no empathy. 72hrs, still no heating or hot water and now using my own engineer. This company has also been taken off checkatrade! The company is called Dorset Heating LTD. Since my original posting the address has changed.

This guy is a perv, just ask his female staff members.
