Crystal Clean in Bournemouth

Contacted this company to have all the white plastic around our windows and the plastic doors washed and gutters etc. however, the company then washed the windows (that I didn’t ask for) and didn’t touch any of the plastic. My wife was then told that I had asked for the windows only to be done (I have never had my windows cleaned in my life so I knew this wasn’t true). My wife was then forced to doubt my integrity for 3 weeks due to this. Then this company came 3 weeks later to clean the windows that I also didn’t ask for. Although the job was done satisfactorily and this is presumably a misunderstanding, the handling of the company was very disrespectful even though we paid over £30 for nothing. It was then stated that the company fixed a door for us for £5. This was another lie (that job was done very well) as we paid £13 for it. The man was rude to my wife and stated: “Do you want me to put dirt back on your windows!”. WARNING if you don’t clearly specify on paper what you require from the company you may be subject to services you haven’t asked.
