Service Force in Dumfries

One star, this is for the technician, a very nice young man,this is about the attitude of the person manning the phone, I have never come across anyone so unhelpful and awkward, all I wanted was my fridge/freezer repaired!!!! If this was one of the employees they ought to go on a course on how to speak to customers, if it was the owner of the business they should know better. Have bought a new appliance so will not have to bother with this company ever again.
