Was always cancelling last minute or not turning up then one day just completely stopped answering the phone or turning up for lessons. Please don’t waste your time or money.

Very very poor. He told my girlfriend to book a test for a particular week, then told her that he was away the week before so he wouldn't be able to give her lessons. And two lessons that we did manage to book, he didn't show up or call to tell us. When I called to question why and proceed to cancel the test, we didn't even get an apology. Couldn't of cared less.

Unbelievably bad. Failed to see my 40 foot artic parked right in front of him? Watched him get out his car to confront a driver "he" was blocking in.....If I was looking for a driving instructor it wouldn't be this one. Not all elderly drivers behave like this I'm glad to say, but as a driving instructor Mr Welsh should know better.......certainly wouldn't want him alone teaching any members of my family.....appalling road conduct.
