Pre booked a taxi 12 hours in advance. Waited by the window 5 minutes before pick up time checking every minute, my friends' house is at the bottom of a culdesac so when any cars arrive the headlines shine directly into his lounge. After 20 minutes of waiting I rang to confirm it was coming and was told it had been waiting for 10 minutes and had left. I informed the woman on the phone that can't have been the case and she said in a sarcastic tone 'oh he must have been lying then' and hung up. I rang back 10 mins later and spoke to a man who said the driver had to move on, I repeated the story and he said 'well it's your word against his' and also hung up. Appealing service from not one, but two arrogant staff who clearly have no comprehension of customer service. Use another company.
