Warning don't rent your house to this company on rent guarantee scheme.
Once they take possession of your house they will make your life a nightmare.
They are very nice till you sign contracts.
The contract they give is limited not done properly any problem they won't care.
House will be rented to asylum refugees from the council or multiple tenants.
No deposit given to you!!
Rent paid late every month endless calls to them and stress.
When I wanted my house back at the end of the tenancy the problems got worse.
6 months of messing me around delaying me because the tenants refuse to move and changed locks.
Got my property back just before court date. The house was trashed. The agent did not care they washed their hands of me. Over £12k of damage.
I will take them to court to recover damages.
They whole experience was a nightmare and don't wish it on anybody so I am warning everyone not to give property on a rent guarantee.
If you want to guarantee your rent you can buy insurance that will cover rent.

Rogue landlords. Do not rent from these dudes. They evict you illegally, they promise to keep hold of your belongings until you find accommodation, then they don’t give your stuff back. Went to hell and back with these arseholes a few years back. The property I rented from them had damp and mold. They wouldn’t repair anything. I ended up with pneumonia and they still evicted me. Horrible people!
