I am baffled how the clowns branch can say they close at 10 pm but you get there at 5 minutes to and be turned away and be told by staff they only get paid till ten so they close at 5 to 10? So why dose it not say on the window we close at 9.55? It's a disgusting attitude to have, Tescos staff get paid till 4 on a Sunday but still have to serve remaining customers, NHS staff who are saving people lives have to go in half an hour before shift for hand over and don't get paid for it so why do McCool staff think they are better than every one else?

i had the misfortune of visiting Martins in Rayleigh High street @ app 10 30 am on the 8th feb to cash a scratch card, I presented the card to a fair haired assistant behind the counter and asked where was the i.d number I and told in a rude manner " I dont know you will have to scratch it off your self " to which I pointed out that most of the card was scratched off and I could not find it, then I was told in an agravated voice well I cant change it then and I walked out.
I appreciate that the assistant may be right that she can,t cash it without the id number but her reaction and rude manner has made me reluctant to use this store again.as I have never experianced such a rude and aggresive assistant in my life and I am 75 years old with a kind nature and don't expect to be spoken to like that.

I am absolutely disgusted that your shop in Birchwood Lincoln is making people queue in the car park to go into your shop. My problem is that I have a disability at the moment and I’m expected to stand in the post office queue which is very long and slow when all I want to do is nip in for my weekly tv mag. This is unacceptable you are not protecting people as they are stood in a queue outside in close proximity for ages.

I am not happy about your store in Bowthorpe Norfolk.

It's a disgrace hand sanitisers are not supplied for the shop or Post Office inside.

I have not been in any shops in Bowthorpe or in Norfolk yet that hasn't them.

Older people will not go into the shop now for papers/mags/lottery they frequent Roy's.

Bit of a disgrace really as the shop is very well run with very pleasant staff.
