Moody & Sons in Clacton-on-Sea

Mr John Moody is a plumber not to be trusted. He refused to provide a quote in writing, he works with no terms of business and if you need to change the job in anyway refuses to consider the customers opinion.
When I informed him that the planned start date had to be moved because my 87 year old mother had a fall and was in hospital then we sore the real plumber. What about my losses who is covering that, what about my materials before hanging up on her and no longer answering any calls.
A really rude individual who should never be allowed to work with the elderly or vulnerable ever again.
