Griffin Residential in Westcliff-on-Sea

As a landlord of many properties, I must say Griffin is the worst letting agent I have had to deal with. Tenant ruined the homes and caused severe damage, absconded with months of debt outstanding. The properties were left in poor disrepair. They say they are carrying out tasks but aren't actually doing anything. They are dishonest and take a management fee without working for it, in my eyes that's steeling! Enough said! The one star rating is only because I have to put a star on to publish the review.

Landlords out there go with a different agency or manage the property yourself since tenants can't do anymore damage than what you will get with this agency, at least you will have the management fee to help you with repairs!
