Bar.B.Q House in Tiptree, Colchester

Ordered two kebab wraps. When they arrived, they were both stone cold. The one with salad in was 80% salad, 20% meat, and the other was absolutely tiny in comparison. One was burnt one end and soggy and wet the other. They were inedible! Tried phoning them immediately to which I got no answer on both attempts. Phoned the next day and got told I was lying about phoning and there was nothing they could do than give me a discount on my next order. After this, there will not be another order! Absolutely disgusting how I was treated. Would certainly not recommend Bar-B-Q House. If you want a kebab, go to one of the local chip shops as they sell them too and you won't be treated like dirt.
