We booked an appointment to try on suits for our wedding, we arrived and were told we didn't have an appointment. I said we were looking for beige suits for our vintage style wedding and the Assistant actually laughed and said nobody wears them anymore, he was extremely patronizing! To the point where I wrote to the Regional Manager to complain but he didn't bother to respond. We ended up going to the Grooms Room in Colchester and they have been fantastic.
