Colourvision-Colourtronics in Ilford

They misdiagnosed a problem with my television and did a "repair" costing £84. When the tele was returned to my house it didn't work. The collected again and suggested replacing the motherboard for another £50 minimum. I said no and the returned the tele. It turns out there was a problem with the antenna cable, which Colourvision failed to troubleshoot directly. In the end I had to pay someone else to do this repair. This amounts to fraud - conducting repairs that are not necessary.
