Had a new combi boiler fitted, damage to front of house and also blown bricks to back of house where drilled incorrectly. Left without gas in our kitchen which we were not aware of. When asked to have a replacement boiler fitted, quoted extra money to come back and reattach.

Fitted in allotted time, but no respect for our property and eventually once we had complained the owner did return to make right some of the issues, but said that he was tired and its hard work fitting a boiler! Just be aware that you totally understand what you are and are not getting! Also had to pay more than originally quoted.
