Target Cars in Aveley, South Ockendon

I live 200 miles away and had my daughter in floods of tears because of bad attitude of woman on the phone. My daughter is sick and needed a taxi to get to the hospital for tests. The woman sent the taxi to the wrong Tesco because she assumed my daughter knew there was 2 Tesco stores in the area. My daughter is new to the area, but after waiting some time she rang to find out where the taxi was and the woman told her she sent the taxi to the other Tesco and told her off and said she should have stated which Tesco and learn just where she is. DON'T ASSUME!!! Next time ask the customer which Tesco they want to be picked up from.

Absolutely appalling service! I am new to Ockendon and called Target Cars to get a taxi from Tesco to Orsett hospital. After the taxi not arriving I called back and was blown away by the sheer rudeness of 'that woman' on the other end of the phone! Apparently, she had sent the taxi to a different Tesco... When I made a suggestion... and was polite about it too I might add... saying that it would have been an idea to ask which Tesco.... I was met with the with the response "well how about you knowing where you are!" Before she hung up!!!! Surely it stands to reason if there are two of the same shop in the same town and the customer does not clarify which one... you would naturally ask them?! Perhaps that's just me? Suffice to say I shall not be using this firm EVER and I HIGHLY recommend Station Cars by Ockend train station instead.
