Domestic Bin Hygiene Ltd in Watford

Horrendous! if I could give 0 stars I would.
Booked 3 bin cleans 2nd June they took money and didn't send me any conformation... after weeks of chasing them for a refund as the service wasn't actioned they send the most unprofessional and rude email.
The company came on the street and cleaned neighbour bin, however they only used a jetwash and thats it, not chemicals no scrubbing. something I could do myself. My neighbour showed me the inside of the bin after a clean and it was full of bits from left over waste.
