Very poor service their customer service staff are rude, ignore emails for weeks on end. don't answer the phone and play answering services that indicate you are in the queue when they later acknowledge their were no staff answering their phones, don't carry out the agreed service for months and are then impossible to get hold of, miss cleans and blame the bin men when the bin men have not made a mistake, got a partial refund but after hours on the phone and dozens of emails they wasted so much of my time and caused unnecessary stress at a time when coronavirus meant having clean bins was more important than ever. Useless.
